Am I able to have more than one person in a portrait?
Yes! You can add another person, a pet, or even an item. Please select the number of pets or people you’d like in the portrait when ordering. Please note there will be an additional charge.
Can I have a full body portrait?
Yes, you definitely can. There will be an additional charge for this as this will add to our artists work load. Please select ‘full body’ when ordering.
What about group portraits?
If you’d like a group, or a family portrait made, please select the number of people you would like to be illustrated when ordering. Please note there will be an additional charge.
Can I have more than one pet in a portrait?
Yes, you can. To add another pet to your portrait, please select the number of pets you’d like in the portrait when ordering. Please note there will be an additional charge.
Why does it cost more to add another person or pet?
Adding a person or pet to your portrait, also adds to our artists work load. It takes us 2, 3, or 4 times a long to create these custom portraits.
How long does it take?
Digital prints will be with you in 5- 10 days! Maybe sooner, depending on the work load of our artists.
Print Only print will be delivered to you within 2-3 weeks.
Framed prints will be delivered to you within 3-4 weeks.
Can I have more than one background?
E.g. if you’d like a version of your portrait with a blue background and another version with green. Please write in the comment box which colours you’d like. We’re happy to send you one extra version for free!
What if I don’t like my print?
If you’re not 100% happy with your final print, send us a message, and we will be happy to revise the portrait for you.
Where do you ship to?
We ship New Zealand and Australia wide. Please note there may be delays due to COVID-19.
